This piece was a project for Selected Topics in Arts Technology (The Flash Class) 388 section 2 with Professor Rose Marshack during the Fall 2008 semester.
It was inspired by the song TV Gods by Matt Costa.
This project was the result of my frustrations with advertising. Adds show us a perfect world that we can only achieve by consuming products. In the end, one is left to ponder what the notion of the American Dream has become, and how this ubiquitous commercial iconography invades our lives. Is it to slave everyday for a paycheck while on a caffeine high? Or should we strive for something better?
